Yes. Both Lock & Leisure locations are designed as self-service smart locker systems. You can rent, access and manage your locker digitally without needing to wait for a member of staff.
Are the lockers secure?+
Yes. Your belongings are stored inside an individually locked smart locker. At the Small Locker location, the area is monitored by CCTV 24/7.
What languages are available?+
Our digital rental system is available in multiple languages to make the service easy to use for international visitors.
Can I leave my luggage before checking into my hotel or apartment?+
Yes. If you arrive in Albufeira before your accommodation is ready, you can store your luggage with Lock & Leisure and enjoy Albufeira until check-in time.

The Small Lockers are at Quinta da Orada 3, Varzeas da Ourada, 8200-394 Albufeira, Portugal, directly next to the boat boarding area at Marina de Albufeira.
Do I need to book a Small Locker in advance?+
No. Small Lockers are rented directly at the location. No advance reservation is required, and there are plenty of lockers available.
How do I rent a Small Locker?+
Visit the Small Locker location, scan the QR code and follow the instructions on your phone to complete the rental. No advance booking is required.
How much does a Small Locker cost?+
2 hours — €3.99 · 4 hours — €5.99 · Up to 24 hours — €8.99.
What if I return earlier than expected?+
You only pay for the time you actually use.
Can I use a Small Locker during a boat trip?+
Absolutely. That is one of the main reasons our Small Lockers are located directly next to the boat boarding area. Store your belongings before departure and collect them when you return.
Can I store a suitcase?+
Some smaller luggage may fit depending on its dimensions, but for suitcases and larger travel luggage we recommend our dedicated Large Luggage Storage location.

Yes. Unlike our Small Lockers, our Large Luggage lockers can be booked online in advance.
How many suitcases fit in one locker?+
This depends on the locker size and the dimensions of your luggage.
Do I pay per suitcase or per locker?+
You pay for the locker rather than individually for each piece of luggage. If several suitcases or bags fit safely inside your selected locker, they can be stored together.
How do I access the luggage storage location?+
After completing your reservation, you will receive the information required to access the storage location and your locker.
Is parking available nearby?+
Yes. Parking is available close to our luggage storage location at Albufeira Marina, making luggage drop-off and collection convenient.
Can I reach Lock & Leisure by taxi?+
Yes. The Marina is easily accessible by taxi, with convenient drop-off and pick-up possibilities close to the Large Luggage Storage location.
Can I book luggage storage in advance?+
Yes. Our large luggage lockers can be reserved online before you arrive.
Do you charge per suitcase?+
Our large luggage storage service is based on the locker you choose rather than simply charging for every individual piece of luggage. If several bags fit safely inside your selected locker, they can be stored together.
