Terms & Conditions
These terms distinguish the on-site Small Locker service from the online-bookable Large Luggage service and deliberately avoid unconfirmed payment, access, opening-hour and security claims.

1. Scope and service provider
These Terms apply to Lock & Leisure smart luggage-storage services at Marina de Albufeira and the related website. The service is provided by INSTANTAPRESSADO UNIPESSOAL, LDA. References to Lock & Leisure mean the operator of the relevant locker service.
2. Two different storage services
Lock & Leisure offers two complementary services. Small Lockers are intended for shorter-term storage of backpacks, handbags and personal belongings and are rented on site; no advance booking is required. Large Luggage Storage is intended for suitcases and larger travel luggage and may be reserved online through the designated LOKK booking flow. The website must keep these two flows separate.
3. Prices, availability and rental period
Current prices, availability, locker sizes and the rental period applicable to a transaction are those displayed at the relevant locker/rental interface or online booking flow at the time the rental is made. Where the website contains general price information, the transaction interface remains the point at which the customer confirms the applicable rental and payment terms.
4. Booking and payment
Large Luggage reservations are completed through the designated online booking service. Small Lockers are rented at the physical location. Payment methods, any initial authorisation/deposit mechanism, cancellations, refunds, extensions and access conditions are subject to the options and terms displayed for the relevant service at the time of the transaction. Lock & Leisure will not publish unconfirmed payment or access claims on this website.
5. User responsibilities
The user must follow the instructions displayed on the locker, booking flow and support communications; use the locker carefully; ensure that belongings fit safely; keep access credentials secure; collect belongings within the agreed rental/access period; and report technical or access problems promptly through the available support channels.
6. Prohibited items
Do not store unlawful or dangerous items, including hazardous, flammable, explosive, toxic or radioactive substances; firearms, ammunition or prohibited weapons; illegal drugs or counterfeit goods; live animals; perishable or leaking materials; items likely to damage the locker or other property; or any item whose storage would breach applicable law. Cash, jewellery, important documents and other unusually high-value items should not be stored unless the applicable service terms expressly permit this.
7. Access, service interruptions and support
Access arrangements and opening/access hours are those communicated for the relevant location and rental. Technical systems can occasionally be unavailable. If a code, booking or locker cannot be accessed, contact Lock & Leisure support using the contact details shown on the website or at the location. Final PIN, touchscreen, backup and re-opening procedures are governed by the confirmed operational instructions for the relevant system.
8. Forgotten or uncollected belongings
If belongings are not collected as agreed, contact Lock & Leisure as soon as possible. Handling, temporary storage, recovery, disposal and any applicable charges are subject to the terms communicated for the service and mandatory law. Identity verification may be required before items are released.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by Portuguese or European consumer law. Users remain responsible for choosing a locker appropriate for their belongings and for complying with the service instructions. Any specific insurance or compensation limits must be those confirmed in the final operational/legal documentation applicable to the rental.
10. Personal data and privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Optional analytics and other non-essential website technologies are controlled through the website privacy settings.
11. Complaints and customer support
Questions or support requests can be sent using the contact channels displayed on the website. The official Livro de Reclamações / complaints destination will be made available through the website once the verified official destination is configured.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights or any jurisdiction rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Updates
These Terms may be updated when the service, technology, confirmed operational rules or applicable law changes. The version published on the website at the time of use should be consulted together with the transaction-specific terms shown during rental or booking.
