1. Who we are
INSTANTAPRESSADO UNIPESSOAL, LDA., Company Registration Number 518733300, with registered office at Rua Cristóvão Pires Norte, Ed. Norte, r/c B, 8135-117 Almancil, Portugal, is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at info@lockandleisure.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data processed through the Lock & Leisure website, contact and partner enquiries, links to the locker booking/rental services, and related customer-support interactions. The physical locker service may also involve operational data such as rental/access records and, where lawfully installed and operated, security-camera data. Final on-site notices and operational terms remain authoritative for the physical service.
3. Data we may process
- Contact and partner forms: name, email address, company/organisation where supplied, message, language, submission time, IP address and browser/user-agent information needed for security and abuse prevention.
- Technical and security data: server logs, IP address, device/browser information and timestamps needed to operate and protect the website.
- Booking and locker-service data: when you follow a Large Luggage booking link or rent a locker, the relevant booking, access and payment providers may process data required to provide that service under their own notices and contractual arrangements.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 is only loaded after you have granted Analytics consent through our privacy settings.
- Partner attribution: if this feature is enabled and you grant Partner Attribution consent, a referral/partner code may be stored in a first-party cookie so that a referred booking can be attributed to the correct partner.
- External media: embedded Google Maps content is not loaded until you permit External Media / Maps. A normal Get Directions link does not ask this website for your GPS location; it opens Google Maps, where any location permission is handled by Google/the browser.
- Google Reviews: review information shown on this website is obtained server-to-server from Google. If you choose to open Google Maps or a review link, you leave this website and Google may process data under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Why we process data
We process personal data where necessary to perform or take steps toward a contract, to comply with legal obligations, for legitimate interests such as website security and customer support, and on the basis of consent for optional analytics, partner attribution, marketing tools or external media where applicable.
5. Recipients and service providers
We may use hosting, email, IT, booking/locker technology, payment and analytics/map providers where necessary for the relevant service. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the relevant provider and Lock & Leisure must rely on an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards required by data-protection law.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, contractual, security or accounting periods. Consent preferences are stored for the period stated in the Cookie Policy and can be changed at any time through Cookie Settings.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR and applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You can exercise your rights by contacting info@lockandleisure.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data-protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD): https://www.cnpd.pt/.
9. Cookies and consent
Necessary technologies may be used to operate secure forms, sessions and to remember your privacy choice. Optional analytics, partner-attribution, external-media and marketing technologies are not enabled until the relevant consent has been given. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this website with its last-updated date.
